Responsibilities & Context:
• Provide strategic leadership for all electrical and mechanical maintenance operations across multiple production units.
• Design and implement world-class maintenance frameworks (Preventive, Predictive, Reliability-Centered Maintenance).
• Ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency of all production machinery (Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing, Finishing, Utilities, etc.).
• Lead plant reliability and asset management initiatives, including lifecycle planning and modernization of machinery.
• Oversee critical utilities: power generation & distribution, boilers, compressors, HVAC systems, ETP/STP, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma) to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Establish robust risk mitigation and crisis management protocols for technical failures and emergency situations.
• Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, cost optimization strategies, and spare parts planning.
• Ensure full compliance with national/international safety, electrical, and environmental standards.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Compliance, and Top Management to align maintenance strategy with business goals.
