• Proven experience as a Merchandiser in leather/garments industry

• Strong communication & negotiation skillsAbility to handle international and local buyers independently

• Capable of managing multiple orders and deadlinesGood understanding of market trends and product development

• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Job Context:
Idea Creation is a growing leather goods manufacturing company specializing in belts, wallets, handbags, money bags, and ladies’ bags. We are looking for a motivated Merchandiser to manage product development, order execution, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with buyers regarding product requirements and order details

• Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery

• Monitor order progress from sampling to shipment

• Source raw materials and accessories as per requirements

• Maintain costing, pricing, and product specifications

• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production

• Prepare reports and documentation related to orders

• Support new product development and sampling

• Communicate and build strong relationships with international and local buyers to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base
