Experience:
B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering / relevant field. (GSD License Preferable).
Must have strong experience in 100% Denim Garments Factory.
Strong practical experience in Denim garment manufacturing operations, including washing awareness and process flow understanding.
Excellent command over IE techniques (time study, motion study, work measurement, SMV calculation, line balancing, capacity study).
Strong hands-on experience in production planning, order follow-up, and shipment scheduling.
Proven ability to handle multi-line, high-volume production environment.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
Excellent coordination skills with Production, Merchandising, QA, Cutting, and Finishing departments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement tools will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with buyer compliance requirements and production efficiency benchmarks in RMG sector.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven factory environment.
Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct time & motion studies to establish accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value).
Prepare operation breakdown (OB) and ensure method improvements.
Perform line balancing to achieve maximum efficiency.
Monitor and improve line efficiency, DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), and productivity.
Implement lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, continuous improvement).
Analyze bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order priorities.
Ensure capacity planning aligned with factory capability and shipment deadlines.
Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure smooth production flow. (Cutting, Sewing & Finishing)
Coordinate with merchandising for order booking, delivery schedule, and changes.
Track production vs. plan and take corrective actions for deviations.
Ensure on-time shipment by proactive planning and follow-up.
Calculate and validate SMV for costing and production feasibility.
Support merchandising team in cost negotiation and CM calculation.
Optimize manpower utilization to reduce cost per unit.
Lead and supervise IE and Planning teams.
Provide training and development for subordinates.
Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
Ensure cross-functional coordination (Production, QA, Maintenance, Merchandising).
Present analysis to top management with improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support digitalization/automation of IE & planning systems (ERP, Oracle, etc.).
Any other job assigned by the management when required.
