• Age 45 to 55 years

• At least 15-20 years of experience in Quality Control and Garments Inspection Industry;     

• Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 Certification required).

• Experience in developing strategic and business plans in Textile/Garments products Inspection and Finishing Techniques;

• Must have experience working with Japanese Management;

• Know the expectations of Japanese Management and also know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.

• Oversee and manage the chemical department involved in fabric dyeing, color matching, finishing, and treatment processes to ensure compliance with Japanese and International quality standards;

• Communicate with clients and ensure quality (Japanese standard) support to clients for inspection of Textile/Garments Products;

• Monitor and control the use of restricted substances and chemicals in accordance with international compliance standards;

• Prepare and submit quality inspection reports, test results, and chemical usage records to management and Japanese headquarters on a regular basis.
