Responsibilities & Context:
Confirm receiving standard quality finished goods and return the altered/rejected finished goods for rectification.
Ensure updating products, receiving, and delivery, and maintain records in-store register books & ERP software.
Ensure sending standard quality finished goods to HO for billing and rectify the returned finished products by altering the section.
Keep a neat & clean environment by maintaining safety & security at the stores accordingly.
Follow production planning and monitor sheets for the finishing works of all products for in-time delivery.
Ensure the finishing process of the goods follows the SOP for product quality to minimize costs, rejection, and alteration.
Monitor the 'Daily Finished Production, Storage, Delivery, and Billing Report' and communicate with the management. Also maintain the jobs' closing reports after the purpose is closed.
Assist the center manager to recruit workers, train, and retain the new and existing workers.
Providing strong leadership to the staff, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations.
Other respective jobs as and when required if assigned by the Centre Managers.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
