Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Marker Plan (size break down) as per daily cut plan which is easier to follow by the cutting team.
Delivery 100% accurate Marker 1day advanced as per PPC plan.
Checking marker related all report before making marker like (Size set report, Fabric shrinkage & Fabric width report).
Maintain marker quality based on QAD mention fabric quality report.
Use proper Fabric width & Shrinkage.
Check & control bulk & booking YYE variance, YYE saving more than 1% & control marker wastage.
Share daily marker YYE to the related department before bulk cutting.
Solve the Marker & YYE related technical issues.
Before bulk cut Pattern adjust as per QAD requirement.
Communicate with MER, SPL, PRD & Other related team to solve YYE related
