Education:
∎ At least Bachelor’s degree in any subject from any Private/Public University.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: 40 years+;
∎ At least 15 years business experience in garments inspection industry;
∎ Experience in developing strategic and business plans in textile/garments products inspection;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies;
∎ Japanese language skill: N2/N1 level.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals by planning cost-effective operations;
∎ Communicate with clients and ensure quality (Japanese standard) support to clients for inspection of textile/garments products;
∎ Report to FASHION BUTSURYU HAYASHI CO., LTD., Japan about monthly activities and sales including financial issues of the Bangladesh Branch Office.
