Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Kev Responsibilities:
To guide a professional QA team to improve quality of production in a systematic way and monitoring system of goods from fabric stage up to shipment.
Ensure 100% compliance requirements..
Review inline and final inspection reports and take immediate corrective actions for any non-conformities.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and factory teams to resolve quality-related concerns effectively.
Train, supervise, and guide QC personnel to ensure adherence to quality procedures and buyer standards as well as to provide technical backups wherever necessary.
Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and corrective action documentation.
Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality performance reports to management, highlighting key quality indicators and improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely shipment of quality-approved products.
Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement to reduce defects, rework, and product rejection.
