  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the garment industry, preferably in a buying house as a QC Manager.

  • Strong technical knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, quality standards, and inspection procedures.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Kev Responsibilities:

  • To guide a professional QA team to improve quality of production in a systematic way and monitoring system of goods from fabric stage up to shipment.

  • Ensure 100% compliance requirements..

  • Review inline and final inspection reports and take immediate corrective actions for any non-conformities.

  • Coordinate with merchandising, production, and factory teams to resolve quality-related concerns effectively.

  • Train, supervise, and guide QC personnel to ensure adherence to quality procedures and buyer standards as well as to provide technical backups wherever necessary.

  • Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and corrective action documentation.

  • Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality performance reports to management, highlighting key quality indicators and improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure timely shipment of quality-approved products.

  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement to reduce defects, rework, and product rejection.
