Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead effective administrative operations and act as head of central administration

• Manage central office operations smoothly, including supplies, visitors, and front desk activities

• Coordinate with the building authority for parking and other facility-related matters

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required

• Ensure allocation of pool cars for corporate staff traveling for official purposes

• Manage vehicle allowance enrollment and update employee allowance lists across the group

• Prepare and submit final allowance lists for payroll and treasury processing

• Ensure allowance disbursement through vendors and payroll

• Prepare budgets for central office and factories with support from factory admin teams

• Control expenditures within approved budgets

• Organize central office programs and celebration events

• Support special investigations when required
