Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology or a related field.

• Age At most 55 years

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and technical audits.

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Production Management within the apparel/garments/textile industry.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate across departments.

• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and drive team performance.

• Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.

• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.

• Determining operational and performance qualification.

• Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support.

• Collaborate with other departments to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.

• Conduct audit and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.

• Maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures.

• Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.

• Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.

• Follow up and review first output garment measurement report against the sample.

• Take necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.

• Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.

• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.

• Report any deviation in QA system to the management
