Experience Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in knit garments production.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of production processes and quality standards.

A reputed 100% export-oriented knit garments manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and self-motivated professional for the position of Sr. Supervisor – Production.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily production activities on the sewing floor.

Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.

Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection/rework.

Coordinate with IE, Quality, Maintenance, and Cutting departments for smooth production flow.

Handle manpower efficiently and maintain discipline on the production floor.

Prepare hourly/daily production reports and update management regularly.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and buyer requirements.

Identify production issues and take corrective actions immediately.
