Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering/Apparel Manufacturing or relevant field.

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in knit garments production.

At least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of production planning, industrial engineering, and quality control.

Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Experience working with internationally reputed buyers preferred.

Sound knowledge of compliance and lean manufacturing.

Proficiency in MS Office and production software will be an advantage.

Lead and manage overall production operations of the knit garment’s factory.

Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality and timeline.

Monitor sewing, cutting, finishing, and packing sections efficiently.

Improve productivity, efficiency, and line balancing.

Coordinate with merchandising, quality, planning, and maintenance teams.

Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and factory standards.

Control wastage and optimize manpower utilization.

Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs regularly.
