Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee end-to-end QA/QC operations (fabric inspection, inline, midline, final inspection, and shipment approval)
Develop and implement quality standards, SOPs, and compliance frameworks aligned with buyer requirements
Ensure adherence to AQL standards and minimize defects, rework, and rejection rates
Coordinate closely with Production, Merchandising, Technical, and Compliance teams
Handle buyer audits, factory audits, and third-party inspections.
Analyze quality data, drive Root Cause Analysis, and corrective action plans (CAP)
Ensure product consistency across all production lines and styles
Lead, train, and develop quality teams (inspectors, auditors, supervisors)
Monitor pre-production and bulk production quality performance
Ensure on-time shipment clearance with zero compromise on quality standards
Prepare and present quality reports and KPIs to top management.
