Education:
    • Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Master’s degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

PGDHRM or an MBA in HRD/HRM will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only Male

Prior experience in a managerial or senior managerial role will get preference.

Professional training, e.g., Labor Law and Statutory Compliance, Social Compliance and Audit readiness, Occupational Health, Safety, and Technical compliance, Strategic HR, Admin, and Management, is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and factory compliance standards.

Experience in handling buyer audits and compliance documentation.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in operating the MIS.

Ability to work under pressure and manage the factory workforce efficiently.Proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting.



Responsibilities & Context:

Lead and supervise overall HR, Administration, and Compliance operations of the factory.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and factory standards.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.

Maintain factory compliance related to social, ethical, health & safety, fire safety, and audit requirements.

Coordinate and face buyer audits, third-party inspections, and corrective action plans (CAP).

Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and workforce discipline.

Ensure proper documentation and implementation of HR policies and SOPs.

Maintain strong coordination with production, management, and support departments.

Handle worker grievances, counseling, and conflict resolution effectively.

Prepare HR and compliance reports for management review.
