Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Finance & Banking
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System

• Partly qualified CA / CMA will be an added advantage.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age At least 27 years

• Conduct internal audits across all departments of the knit garments factory (Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Store, IE, Quality, HR & Accounts).

• Verify production data, wastage, efficiency, and ensure compliance with production SOPs.

• Audit raw materials, trims, dyes & chemicals inventory, and finished goods stock.

• Monitor fabric consumption vs. booking to identify excess usage or discrepancies.

• Review costing, production reports, and shipment records for accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, code of conduct, and factory policies.

• Conduct compliance audits related to worker attendance, payroll, overtime, and gate pass records.

• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and suggest corrective actions.

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.

• Follow up on audit observations and ensure proper corrective action implementation.

• Support external audits (buyer audit, compliance audit, financial audit).
