• Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety measures, including material handling safety, physical security, and emergency response systems.

• Conduct regular safety drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and employee awareness and training programs to ensure preparedness.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize operational risks.

• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies, legal regulations, and stakeholder requirements.

• Identify security risks, operational vulnerabilities, and surveillance gaps, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies such as theft, fire, sabotage, workplace violence, and other security-related incidents.

• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, fire service authorities, and other relevant stakeholders when necessary.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, performance analyses, incident summaries, and continuous improvement updates for senior management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workplace safety, security standards, and surveillance effectiveness across the organization.
