Soorty Textiles BD Ltd. is inviting applications from dynamic, self-motivated, and career-oriented fresh graduates for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO). Selected candidates will be placed in Human Resources , Planning, Finance, Marketing, or Production, Laundry departments based on academic background and organizational requirements.

This trainee program is designed to build future leaders through structured training and hands-on departmental exposure.

• Assist in daily departmental operations

• Prepare reports, documentation, and data analysis

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

• Support planning, budgeting, marketing, HR, or production activities as assigned.
