Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Manager / Deputy Manager – Finance. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and ensuring effective financial management of the organization.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor overall accounts and finance operations of the company.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, audit, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and banking activities.
Maintain proper internal control and financial documentation systems.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and financial records.
Support management in strategic planning and business decision-making.
Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team effectively.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
