Responsibilities & Context:
Candidates having sound knowledge regarding Product Development of Garments Accessories and having the capability to take the load and work independently are requested to apply.
To work with the PD team to ensure a smooth operation & execution on time of new product development and costing
To compare all the alternative materials to ensure the best competitive price.
To maintain RBO relationships by providing technical development support to fulfill their requirements.
To follow-up development and problem-solving issues of full ERP system and validation of the process correct flow.
To conduct color management training for QC and Production Team.
To drive different process improvement projects within the company
To ensure periodic review of existing SOP/ Process to improve productivity and efficiency throughout the production.
To implement PP meetings for any critical item production.
Doing MDI process to resolve daily issues; liaise with other departments where necessary
Involvement in critical issues for resolution in bulk production
To conduct product knowledge & solution training for CS, Sales and production teams.
To maintain liaison with our counterpart and buyer end.
To analyze Product costing along with operation to determine competitive & profitable pricing.
To analyze new product development (NPD) reports ensuring on-time development to achieve target sample development lead time to ensure maximum order intake.
Responsible for different process improvement projects asa part of the improvement of faster product development, color consistency, improved inventory management, speed of first-order development
To analyze reports and take initiative.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
