Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Minimum B.Sc ( Footwear/Leather Product/Leather Engineering)/Bachelor/Masters.
• Educational qualification may be relaxed on experience in footwear industry.

• Candidate must have sound knowledge in footwear constructions and raw materials knowledge.

• Computer knowledge (MS Office) as well as emailing.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong presentation and delivery skills.

• Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality Pro- active, independent and result oriented.

• Reviewing the development packs/paper shoe line once receive from Buyers.
• Put the developments into the work with PD team.
• Follow up consumption as well as costing and negotiate the price with buyers with concern of HOD.
• Receiving and follow up purchase orders from buyers of all categories.
• Convince the customers to get a MOQ and 8 week lead time in each work order.
• Check out the materials-matrix as per allocation and sort out the raw materials of product to make in-house production plan as per Construction (Cemented, DIP, PU, etc.) wise.
• Close monitoring on inventory report from the store.
• Update the files of raw materials availability and the work shop position of the production floor.
• On behalf of Buyer, follow up the in process quality and finished product quality with QC section and production department.
• Communicate with the individual Buyers for the regular and exceptional packing materials if any.
• Collect and maintain daily production report in a prescribed format to track the product delivery within the lead time.
• Ensure your factory merchandising role as a profit making position.
• Coordinate with buyers, PD, purchase, store and production departments for getting the things done in-line with the buyer’s demand.
• Regular follow up on Import materials as per product forecasting with concern of PD.
