1. Market Research & Trend Analysis
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify seasonal trends and customer preferences.
Collect insights from market visits, social media, and competitor activities.
Identify new product opportunities in Women’s & Kids categories.
2. Product Development & Assortment Support
Assist in developing new styles/articles based on trends and demand.
Support seasonal assortment planning for Women’s & Kids footwear.
Help in selecting product styles, sizes, colors, and materials suitable for target customers.
3. Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with local and international suppliers for sourcing.
Support price negotiations to meet target margins.
Follow up on order placement, production status, and delivery timelines.
4. Pricing & Market Benchmarking
Conduct competitor visits for price and product comparison.
Assist in maintaining competitive pricing strategies.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels across retail stores.
Assist in stock allocation and replenishment planning.
Execute inter-outlet stock transfers based on demand and size performance.
Coordinate with CDC/warehouse for stock movement and availability.
Support actions to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.
6. Sales Analysis & Reporting
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
Identify best-selling and slow-moving items.
Prepare sales and performance reports.
Support data-driven decision-making for assortment and replenishment.
7. Merchandising Execution & Promotions
Support promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
Coordinate with retail teams to ensure proper product display.
Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines in stores.
8. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Warehouse, Accounts, Retail, QC, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure smooth execution of merchandising operations and timely product availability.
