Responsibilities

Work under supervisor guidance to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Find new clients and generate leads (only office Based)

Help office clients with correct information and support.

Follow daily targets and complete work on time.

Keep all client data properly organized and updated.

Work as a team member.

Build and maintain good relationships with clients

Requirements

Strong interest in sales work.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Target-oriented and hardworking.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).

Willing to work in the field if needed.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: BDT 15,500 – 30,000

Commission + Incentive: Minimum BDT 10,000+
