Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 3 years

• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), cooling towers, VRF systems, pumps, forklift, gondola, hydraulic trolley, exhaust fans, ventilation fans and associated mechanical equipment.

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize system downtime and extend equipment service life.

• Attend, analyze, and resolve HVAC-related mechanical complaints arising from market, Gold Gym and others facility operations in a timely manner.

• Manage tools, equipment, consumables, and essential spare parts, and ensure timely requisition and replacement.

• Review HVAC drawings, PandIDs, layouts, schematics, and ensure site installations comply with approved designs.

• Provide guidance and training to junior staff on HVAC operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Evaluate and assist in vendor technical proposals, third-party service execution, and material quality verification.

• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, IT, procurement, main stores and other support departments to ensure seamless and integrated facility operations.

• Prepare, update, and maintain various documentation, including maintenance schedules, logbooks, inspection reports, manpower distribution and SOPs.
