Role: Private Academic Mentor (Elite Placement)

Context

We are seeking a dedicated, world-class educator for a high-profile 15-year-old student based in Bangladesh. While the student is a globally recognized entrepreneur (overseeing 12+ companies) and a prominent figure in the entertainment and fitness industry, his primary goal is academic mastery.

Despite his professional success, he is deeply committed to completing his formal education with the same rigor he applies to his businesses. Having missed core foundational periods due to his career, he is currently at a Grade 7 level and needs a mentor to systematically bridge the gap from Class 5 through Class 7 to ensure he has no "hollow" spots in his knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Foundational Mastery: Deliver intensive, structured lessons to cover the National/International curriculum (Class 5–7), ensuring the student fully grasps core concepts in Mathematics, Science, and Language Arts.

* Accelerated Learning: Create a customized, high-intensity study plan that respects the student’s professional schedule while prioritizing academic deadlines.

* Academic Rigor: Maintain a standard of "zero shortcuts." The student is not looking for a diploma—he is looking for a comprehensive education. You will be responsible for testing, grading, and ensuring genuine proficiency.

* Cognitive Integration: Connect academic theories to the student’s real-world experiences in business and leadership to enhance retention and engagement.

* Strict Accountability: Act as the guardian of his study time, ensuring that despite external fame or business demands, his education remains the top priority during tutoring hours.
