JOB PURPOSE:

Yard operation, supervises activities and command the workers engaged in cleaning activities while ensuring safety and standard operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily Operations

• Supervise effectively for daily basis operation and cleaning activities of team performance compliance with safety procedures and standardization.

Health & Safety

• Maintain an awareness of all health and safety rules applying to the assigned tasks and tools to ensure that safe working practices are observed.

Use of Tools & Equipment

• Maintain competence in the use of all tools or equipment required for the assigned works.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:

• Operation and Facilities Manager

External:

• Not applicable

FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:

• Work under detailed instructions of the Operation and Facilities Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor

Minimum Experience:

• 8 – 10 years of experience in Maintenance with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Ability to follow instruction from Manager

• Ability to read and understand written instruction.
