8–12 years of professional experience in Sales, Operations, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, or Omni-channel Business.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale operations.
Additional Requirements:
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes.
Proficiency in ERP, CRM, OMS, and inventory management systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Experience with digital commerce platforms and analytics tools.
Sales Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize promotional campaigns and conversion rates.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities to identify growth areas.
Manage key accounts, corporate sales opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Operations Management:
Oversee end-to-end order management, fulfillment, delivery, and return processes.
Ensure operational efficiency across warehouses, logistics partners, and customer service functions.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve productivity, quality, and service standards.
Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs.
Coordinate with technology teams to optimize e-commerce platforms and operational systems.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop sales and operations teams to achieve organizational goals.
Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Identify training and development needs and implement capability-building initiatives.
Business Planning and Reporting:
Prepare business forecasts, sales plans, budgets, and operational reports.
Present business performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Ensure data-driven decision-making through analytics and dashboard monitoring.
Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
