Experience Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of professional experience in Sales, Operations, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, or Omni-channel Business.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale operations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes.

  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, OMS, and inventory management systems.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

  • Experience with digital commerce platforms and analytics tools.



Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase initiatives.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize promotional campaigns and conversion rates.

  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities to identify growth areas.

  • Manage key accounts, corporate sales opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end order management, fulfillment, delivery, and return processes.

  • Ensure operational efficiency across warehouses, logistics partners, and customer service functions.

  • Develop and implement SOPs to improve productivity, quality, and service standards.

  • Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs.

  • Coordinate with technology teams to optimize e-commerce platforms and operational systems.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales and operations teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

  • Identify training and development needs and implement capability-building initiatives.

Business Planning and Reporting:

  • Prepare business forecasts, sales plans, budgets, and operational reports.

  • Present business performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  • Ensure data-driven decision-making through analytics and dashboard monitoring.

  • Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
