• Age 30 to 45 years

• Experience in performance management, KPI development, MIS data analysis, business reporting, or operational excellence in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

• Develop, implement and monitor organizational KPIs and performance measurement systems.

• Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards and management presentations.

• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective performance monitoring.

• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.

• Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain performance-related databases.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as and when assign by the superior.
