Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on study abroad options, universities, courses, and destinations
Make outbound and inbound phone calls to prospective students to provide guidance and follow-ups
Assist students with application procedures, documentation, and admissions follow-up
Provide guidance on visas, scholarships, and pre-departure processes
Participate in promotional marketing activities, including video shooting and short informational videos for social media and digital platforms
Maintain regular communication with students and parents
Achieve counseling and enrollment targets
Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams
