Responsibilities & Context

• Provide detailed and accurate information to prospective students regarding study opportunities in destinations like Europe and some Asian countries.

• Convert inquiries and leads into successful student enrollments and achieve assigned targets.

• Prepare and process student applications, SOPs, cover letters, visa files, and other required documents accurately.

• Assist students throughout the admission, visa application, immigration, and documentation process.

• Manage student databases and ensure timely follow-up with prospective applicants.

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom) to understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.

• Stay updated on international education trends, scholarship opportunities, visa policies, and university requirements.
