Strong knowledge of tour packages, Hotel booking, popular travel destinations, and visa procedures for various countries.
Handle customer inquiries related to tour packages, visa services, and travel requirements.
Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
Verify and review all submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and submit visa applications through embassies, consulates, and visa centers.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application status and updates.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
