• Strong knowledge of tour packages, Hotel booking, popular travel destinations, and visa procedures for various countries. 

• Handle customer inquiries related to tour packages, visa services, and travel requirements. 

• Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.

• Verify and review all submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare and submit visa applications through embassies, consulates, and visa centers.

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application status and updates.
