• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tourism project development and management in Bangladesh.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes for major international destinations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience in designing and selling travel packages (domestic & international).
• Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and service providers.
• Proficiency in using travel or CRM software for record management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently to field locations.
• Proficiency in Bangla and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with donor-funded or CSR-funded tourism initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital tourism marketing and product development.
• Familiarity with coastal and mangrove destinations (Sundarbans, Satkhira/ Khulna/ Barisal) is an advantage.
• Passion for nature, conservation and community-based tourism.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skills & Expertise: Client Relationship Management, Client Support Sales, Visa Processing

Position Overview:

Welcare Trip is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Executive – Tour Packaging (Home & Abroad) to design, promote, and manage domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in visa processes, travel operations, and client service. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate with global and local partners, and a commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences that reflect our motto.

Responsibilities:

Visa Processing & Client Support

• Provide accurate guidance to clients on visa requirements, eligibility, fees, documentation, and processing timelines.
• Communicate effectively with embassies, visa centers, and international partners to ensure smooth processing.

Tour Package Development & Sales

• Design, customize, and sell domestic and international tour packages tailored to client needs.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements.
• Negotiate with both global and local vendors to secure competitive pricing and high-quality services.

Client Relationship Management

• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure clear and timely support.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the journey.

Sales & Performance

• Achieve monthly visa and tour package sales targets.
• Prepare reports and updates for management, ensuring transparency in operations and performance.
