Role Overview
The Accounts & Finance Sr. Executive at Welcare Trip will manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves handling day-to-day financial transactions, monitoring cash flow, preparing budgets and financial reports, and supporting management in strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of maintaining transparency and efficiency in all financial matters, contributing directly to the company’s operational success.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payment collections, and vendor payments
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
- Monitor daily cash flow and manage petty cash
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions as per company policy
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and taxation requirements
- Support management in financial decision-making and reporting
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits
