• Strong knowledge of catering operations, event management, wedding planning, and corporate event execution.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets with expertise in client proposals, contract negotiations, and business closing.

• Skilled in using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and event management systems for sales tracking and event coordination.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail abilities.

• Fluent in both English and Bengali with strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.

• Well-connected with event planners, wedding coordinators, corporate clients, and key business networks across Dhaka.

1. Develop and execute catering sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for corporate events, weddings, private parties, and social celebrations.

2. Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients, event planners, wedding coordinators, and corporate decision-makers to grow business opportunities.

3. Create and sell customized catering and event packages, including seasonal and themed promotions, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

4. Meet clients to understand event requirements, prepare proposals and contracts, and oversee the full event planning process to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

5. Coordinate with internal departments including F&B, Operations, Housekeeping, Marketing, and Security to ensure smooth and flawless event execution.

6. Lead, train, and mentor the catering sales and event coordination team, set performance targets, and maintain a high-performance customer-focused culture.

7. Monitor catering budgets, revenue performance, booking pipelines, and profitability, while preparing regular sales forecasts and management reports.

8. Represent SuperGolf at networking events, bridal shows, and promotional activities while supporting marketing initiatives, client engagement events, and brand visibility campaigns.
