Kaalmegha Country Club & Resort is looking for Reservation Executive

Job Summary:

A Reservation Executive at a resort is responsible for managing and processing guest reservations. This includes handling inquiries, booking accommodations, and providing excellent customer service. The goal is to maximize room occupancy and revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management:

  • Handle all reservation requests efficiently via phone, email, online travel agencies (OTAs), and walk-ins.
  • Confirm reservations and send confirmation emails to guests.
  • Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and no-shows.

Guest Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Offer personalized recommendations on room types, dining options, and resort activities.
  • Upsell additional services and packages to maximize revenue.

Reporting:

  • Generate accurate and timely reports on reservation statistics, occupancy rates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and correspondence.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry and filing.
  • Promptly resolve any reservation discrepancies or guest complaints prior to arrival.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.
