∎ Overseas experience is highly desirable

∎ Fluent in English; knowledge of Bengali is a plus

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations across all departments: housekeeping, F&B, front office, guest services, maintenance, and recreation
∎ Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, culinary excellence, and guest satisfaction
∎ Curate and supervise recreational and cultural experiences for guests
∎ Maintain the aesthetic appeal, landscaping, and overall ambiance of the resort
∎ Implement sustainable practices in operations, waste management, and energy usage
∎ Lead recruitment, training, and staff development programs
∎ Create and manage operational budgets and financial reports
∎ Develop marketing strategies and partnerships to drive villa bookings
∎ Handle guest feedback, crisis resolution, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
∎ Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with all hospitality regulations
∎ We are seeking a visionary and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our boutique villa resort located just outside the city. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead a multicultural team toward delivering a world-class guest experience.
