Candidate Requirements:

  • An English-medium educational background is preferred.

  • Strong computer literacy with expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in ERP & graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).

  • Must have expertise in Bangla & English typing.

  • Fluency in English (listening and speaking compulsory); additional languages are a plus.

  • Candidates owning a motorcycle and able to travel for office orders, MOFA processing, and manpower-related tasks will be given priority.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and perform under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients/assignees for immigration processes as per authorized services.

  • Maintain updated information for all immigration and VISA services.

  • Draft and prepare relevant documents in prescribed company formats & instant reporting.

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

  • Handle accurate and timely filing of VISA applications, either directly or by assisting responsible staff.

  • Visit relevant offices and manage MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) processing and other manpower-related official tasks.

  • Communicate effectively with foreign delegates.

  • Provide support in developing and improving international manpower recruiting processes.
