Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell visa services (Tourist, Student)
Handle client inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate visa information and guide clients through the full application process
Prepare and verify visa application documents as per embassy requirements
Follow up with clients regarding application status and embassy updates
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain updated client database
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth and timely processing
Stay updated with visa rules, embassy policies, and country-wise requirements
