Looking for a versatile Food & Beverage Manager who combines the elite culinary skills of a Senior Chef with the strategic mindset of an operations leader. This role oversees the seamless integration of our restaurant and beverage sections to deliver a world-class experience for our European and international guests.
Senior Chef Leadership: Act as a hands-on lead in the kitchen, executing high-level European cuisine and training the culinary team to your standards.
Understanding Beverage Knowledge: Oversee the preparation and service of all beverages, ensuring they meet the same high standards as the culinary offerings.
Menu Knowledge: Being able to guide guests through the beverage & restaurant menu to help them choose based on their preferences
Business Savvy: Skilled in food/beverage costing, demand forecasting, and inventory management
