Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations of Operation Theatre (OT) and OPD/OPT nursing units
Prepare duty rosters and supervise nursing staff performance
Ensure infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other departments
Manage OT scheduling, equipment, and supply inventory
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
Handle patient concerns and improve service quality
Prepare reports and assist hospital administration in planning
