Responsibilities & Context:
Handle air ticket reservations, reissuance, refund, and revalidation using Sabre and Galileo GDS systems.
Issue domestic and international air tickets accurately and efficiently.
Provide fare quotations, flight options, and travel advice to clients.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and schedule changes.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate booking records.
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for special requests and group bookings.
Resolve customer queries related to flight schedules, baggage policies, and fare rules.
Monitor airline updates, fare changes, and travel policies regularly.
Maintain daily sales reports and reservation records.
Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
