• Skilled in handling social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Groups & Communities)

• COMFORTABLE DOING FACEBOOK LIVE & PROMOTION

• Explain visa procedures, documentation, and timelines clearly

• Support both online and offline marketing campaigns; strong sense of digital marketing is essential.

• Counsel clients regarding visit, student, work & immigration visas

• Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth interdepartmental activities.

• Maintain proper client records and follow-up leads

• Maintain client follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with support teams to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

• Enter passport and applicant information into Excel sheets and prepare all necessary documents for visa processing.

• Smart, presentable, and professional appearance

• Identify new business opportunities, including overseas recruitment projects, and support high-value client acquisitions.
