Must be a graduate from reputed University in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism Management or a related field.
Maximum 35 (thirty-five) years of age as of last date of submitting the application.
3-5 years of relevant experience is required. Experience in a 5 Star Hotel Catering Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales of Luxury Products/Services will get preference.
Candidates with basic knowledge of F&B concepts, menu development and event management will carry added advantage.
Candidates having knowledge of preparing Budget and Business Plan are preferred.
Age limit & experience may be relaxed for extraordinary candidates as per the discretion of the Management.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Confident enough to arrange meetings and dealing directly with clients.

We are inviting application from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following position of the Food & Beverage-Catering Sales Department. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position:
Responsibility:
Assistant Catering Sales Manager shall be the sole responsible for establishing, maintaining and servicing contacts with the representatives of Corporate Organizations, Government Agencies, Travel Industry, Private Business Community & Social Groups etc. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
Assist the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to ensure high standard of Catering Services and coordinate with the concerned F&B & Banquet Managers in understanding their insights and opinions who maintain high standard of service quality while dealing with our international and local guests.
Propose and prepare Banquet Menus, Cocktails receptions, Meeting & Events facility arrangements together with the Food & Beverage/Banquet Manager and Executive Sous Chef.
Handle all enquiries, negotiations and collect approvals related to functions and conclude by issuing Banquet Event Orders (BEO) sheets.
Help to Develop and implement product promotions, food and beverage pairings, menu items, recipe preparation and presentations.
Provide new business ideas and help Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to drive incremental revenue and guest satisfaction index to higher levels as per the outlined targets.
Conduct competitive market analysis of the Banquet & Events market, including pricing of Restaurants & Bars in the industry. Should assist in conducting local market research based on trends and new lifestyles.
Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Assistant Director of F&B as well as on emergency requirement basis.
