Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our luxury resort team. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, lead a dedicated team of room attendants, and ensure our villas, guest rooms, and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury comfort.

  • Supervision: Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team, assigning tasks and managing shift schedules.

  • Quality Assurance: Inspect guest rooms, villas, public spaces, and recreational areas to ensure strict compliance with resort standards.

  • Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and mentor room attendants and public area cleaners on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stocks of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities; report replenishment needs.

  • Coordination: Work closely with the Front Office for room readiness and the Maintenance team for quick repair resolutions.

  • Guest Relations: Address guest requests and complaints swiftly, ensuring a memorable and seamless resort experience.

  • Safety & Hygiene: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitization guidelines across the property.
