Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Continental Chef in a resort, hotel, or fine-dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of European and Mediterranean cuisines
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Prepare and cook high-quality continental cuisine, including soups, salads, pastas, grills, sauces, and gourmet main courses
Maintain proper food presentation, taste, and portioning according to resort standards
Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Develop new dishes and update the continental menu as needed
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Monitor stock levels and assist in kitchen inventory and cost control
Ensure food safety compliance and kitchen SOPs are followed
Assist during special events, theme nights, and banquets
