Education:
    • Diploma in Culinary Art
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Continental Chef in a resort, hotel, or fine-dining restaurant

  • Strong knowledge of European and Mediterranean cuisines

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality continental cuisine, including soups, salads, pastas, grills, sauces, and gourmet main courses

  • Maintain proper food presentation, taste, and portioning according to resort standards

  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations

  • Develop new dishes and update the continental menu as needed

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

  • Monitor stock levels and assist in kitchen inventory and cost control

  • Ensure food safety compliance and kitchen SOPs are followed

  • Assist during special events, theme nights, and banquets
