Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist the Head Chef and other senior chefs in daily food preparation

  • Prepare ingredients, assist in cooking and garnishing dishes

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and utensils

  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and leftovers

  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly

  • Help in buffet setup, banquets, and live stations during special events

  • Maintain kitchen logs for food safety and equipment checklists

  • Take responsibility in absence of the Head/Section Chef
