Assist the Head Chef and other senior chefs in daily food preparation
Prepare ingredients, assist in cooking and garnishing dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and utensils
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and leftovers
Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly
Help in buffet setup, banquets, and live stations during special events
Maintain kitchen logs for food safety and equipment checklists
Take responsibility in absence of the Head/Section Chef
