Responsibilities & Context:
Greet guests warmly and ensure excellent service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen
Supervise junior waiters and assist in their training and performance
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
Support in organizing banquet and special dining events
Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the service area
