Experience:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Computer, Microsoft Office, reservation systems, and social media platforms.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Reservation Management:
Handle reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online channels.
Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested by guests.
Maintain accurate booking records in the property management system (PMS).
Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments for smooth guest check-in and accommodation arrangements.
Follow up with potential guests to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Social Media Communication:
Manage all guest queries and messages received through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
Provide timely and courteous responses that reflect the resort’s brand tone and service standards.
Forward relevant leads or special requests to the respective departments.
Maintain consistent engagement with followers to enhance brand reputation and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure accurate information and promotional updates are shared online.
Guest Relations:
Provide personalized assistance to guests before, during, and after their stay.
Handle complaints or concerns professionally and ensure follow-up resolutions.
Collect guest feedback to help improve reservation and communication processes.
