  • Proficiency in Computer, Microsoft Office, reservation systems, and social media platforms.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.



Responsibilities & Context:

Reservation Management:

  • Handle reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online channels.

  • Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested by guests.

  • Maintain accurate booking records in the property management system (PMS).

  • Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments for smooth guest check-in and accommodation arrangements.

  • Follow up with potential guests to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Social Media Communication:

  • Manage all guest queries and messages received through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).

  • Provide timely and courteous responses that reflect the resort’s brand tone and service standards.

  • Forward relevant leads or special requests to the respective departments.

  • Maintain consistent engagement with followers to enhance brand reputation and guest satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure accurate information and promotional updates are shared online.

Guest Relations:

  • Provide personalized assistance to guests before, during, and after their stay.

  • Handle complaints or concerns professionally and ensure follow-up resolutions.

  • Collect guest feedback to help improve reservation and communication processes.
