Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary:
The Manager – Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase bookings, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to strengthen the hotel’s visibility across both offline and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic marketing and sales plan
- Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting both local and international guests.
- Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website updates, SEO optimization, and online advertising.
- Oversee and grow social media engagement (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Build and maintain partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Plan and execute offline marketing efforts
- Create and manage promotional packages, discounts, and seasonal offers to stimulate sales.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop new business partnerships.
- Manage and optimize listings on OTA platforms
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
