Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations (dine-in, takeout, delivery).

2. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house staff.

3. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.

4. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

5. Train employees.

6. Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage.

7. Supervise, motivate, and evaluate team performance.

8. Handle employee issues and enforce company policies.

9. Manage budgets and control operational costs.

10. Monitor daily sales and expenses.

11. Handle cash management and financial reporting.

12. Optimize profitability through cost control and revenue strategies.

13. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

14. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.

15. Maintain a welcoming and positive dining environment.

16. Build customer loyalty and community relationships.

17. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.

18. Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.

19. Reduce waste and control food costs.

20. Plan promotions and special events.

21. Support social media and local marketing efforts.

22. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

23. Ensure compliance with food safety laws and labor regulations.

24. Maintain required licenses and permits.

25. Conduct regular safety inspections.
